indusayush is a digital health platform that enables individuals and families to securely organize and access their health records, including prescriptions, lab reports, X-rays, consultation notes, and other health documents.
Role
Business Development Manager - indusayush
The role is responsible for developing business opportunities, building channel partnerships, and driving indusayush user subscriptions across identified markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard channel partners such as diagnostic centres, hospitals, polyclinics, pharmacies, corporates, and other relevant organizations.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers and generate recent business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.




- Drive customer acquisition and subscriptions through partner networks and direct initiatives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and partners.
- Maintain sales pipeline, activity, and conversion records in CRM.
- Gather market feedback and share customer/partner insights with the team.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
- 25 years of experience in business development, sales, channel sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, technology, or consumer services is preferred.
- Good spoken and written English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.

Sales & Computer Skills
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email, WhatsApp, and web applications.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, maintain pipelines, and track targets.
