Position: Laptop Technician Card Level

Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues at card level.
- Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of laptop motherboards.
- Handle replacement/repair of RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, fan, connectors, etc.
- Troubleshoot power, charging, display, USB, audio, Wi-Fi and motherboard-related issues.
- Perform laptop dismantling, assembly and testing after repair.
- Identify faulty components using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Install/configure Windows, drivers and BIOS when required.
- Ensure proper ESD and safe handling procedures.
- Update repair/service records and close assigned tickets within TAT.
- Handle laptops of major brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo etc.
Candidate Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma/Certification in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Laptop Card-Level Repair is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of laptop hardware and motherboard troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
- Experience with multiple laptop brands will be an advantage.
