Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and proactive L&D; Trainee to support the day-to-day administrative and coordination activities of our Learning & Development department. You will manage training records, coordinate schedules, prepare basic reports, and support the execution of learning initiatives. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual wanting to build a career in HR and Corporate Training.

Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Records: Maintain training databases, track attendance, and file feedback forms and certificates.
- Data & Reporting: Update training data in MS Excel and prepare basic summaries and charts.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to schedule training sessions and support trainers during live programs.
- Presentation Support: Design and format basic PowerPoint slides and learning materials.
- Admin Support: Manage daily L&D; calendars, follow up on action items, and assist with employee engagement events.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:



Graduate in any discipline (candidates interested in HR/L&D; preferred).
- Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas) and MS PowerPoint.
- Behavioral: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a strong willingness to learn.

Based on performance, this role can evolve into training content creation, module facilitation, vendor management, and end-to-end L&D; project handling.
