Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Industries Cloud solutions.
- Design scalable and high-performance solutions using OmniStudio components.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, governance, and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
- Lead development teams and conduct design/code reviews.
- Drive solution delivery across multiple Salesforce workstreams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and consultants.

Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory
- 8 to 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead.
- 4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio / OmniScript.




- 4 to 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
- Strong expertise in:
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- FlexCards
- OmniStudio Components
- Robust Salesforce development experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Integrations
- Experience designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
- Experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud.
- Prior experience in the Energy & Utilities domain.
- Salesforce Architecture certifications.
- Experience working with global enterprise clients.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
