Job Profile:
- Planning, executing, managing & supervising and ‘start to end’ of all the events / workshops at various branches in Mumbai & Bengaluru of Ajivasan Music Academy.
- Calling and following up with all registered / interested clients / students and ensuring maximum enrollments & sales of tickets for events
- Ideating & curating events and workshops for students & outsiders too.
- Tracking, following up and maintaining a database of finances (expenses & revenues) for all events & activation.
- Plan promotions & marketing for each event & activation.
- Pre-plan the events at least a month in advance based on our yearly activity calendar.
- Ensuring each event / activation is conducted in the most skilled manner.
- Ensure good reach of our events and supervise the content created pre and post
