About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, warm, and service-oriented individual to join our Front of House team as a Guest Delight Associate.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, prepping, and executing exceptional guest experience through Food & Beverage service
- Creating a welcoming ambiance for all guests
- Effectively using software to manage end-end customer relationship cycle
- Ensuring complete guest satisfaction through proactive service
- Handling guest queries as part of guest relations management
- A professional who is an effective team player

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our restaurant in Pune.





Qualifications We would love to meet you if you have:
- 1-2 year of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong guest service mindset
- Ability to deliver engaging stories and enhance the guest experience
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in English is mandatory

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
