About the role: We are seeking a energetic and experienced Sales City Head to lead our sales efforts in a specific location for our society management/visitor management solutions. As the Sales City Head, you will be responsible for managing a sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers in the assigned location. You will report directly to the Sales Leaders and play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the society management/visitor management industry.

Role & responsibilities

Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve business objectives in the assigned location.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.




- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Sales Leaders to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for the assigned location.
