We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with strong B2C marketing experience to manage our social media presence, develop content strategies and generate organic leads through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media and content strategies for B2C audiences.
* Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
* Generate organic leads through social media platforms.
* Plan and execute content calendars based on business and campaign objectives.
* Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
* Coordinate with the content, design and video teams for reels, videos, graphics and other creatives.
* Drive audience engagement, brand awareness and organic growth.
* Track social media performance, leads and campaign results.
* Analyse insights and prepare regular performance reports.
* Manage campaigns for course launches, events and promotional activities.
* Monitor trends, competitor activities and social media performance.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
* B2C marketing experience is required.
* Strong experience in Social Media Management.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads.
* Solid understanding of Content Strategy and Content Planning.
* Experience in generating organic leads through social media platforms.
* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and other major social media platforms.
* Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
* Strong communication, creativity and analytical skills.
* Experience in Education, EdTech, Beauty & Wellness or Lifestyle will be preferred.
