Job Description :
- The candidate with 8+ years of experience with functional and HRMS business processes knowledge in Oracle EBS HRMS R12 modules such as Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management and iRecruitment.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing(Co-ordination with Business users) to ensure the quality and reliability of HRMS business processes and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Execution Prepare Test Strategy,



Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Scripts. Execute Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct validation of Oracle HRMS standard functionalities, customizations, and integrations.
- Ensure complete test coverage for HR business processes.
- End to End Oracle HRMS Functional Testing in the below modules - Core HR Self-Service HR (SSHR) Payroll OTL Absence Management iRecruitment"
