Job Profile - Senior Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Shift Timing - 6 PM to 3AM

Location - Noida, Thiruvananthapuram , Hyderabad

We are seeking a Senior Staff Infrastructure Engineer to drive infrastructure modernization, optimization, and reliability across hybrid data center and cloud environments. This is a hands-on individual contributor (IC) role requiring deep expertise in infrastructure engineering, networking, cloud platforms, disaster recovery, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Lead infrastructure modernization and operational improvement initiatives.
- Manage data center hardware, networking, firewalls, load balancers, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Implement and maintain Azure Site Recovery (ASR), Azure networking, and load balancing services.




- Drive infrastructure automation using Puppet and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalability, performance, and resilience.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
- Solid hands-on expertise with:
- Data Center Facilities & Hardware
- Networking & Firewalls
- Azure Site Recovery (ASR)
- Azure Cloud
- Puppet
- F5 BIG-IP & Load Balancing
- Azure Load Balancers
- Experience with infrastructure modernization and optimization of existing workloads.

Preferred Qualifications
- AWS experience.
- Chef and/or Ansible.
- Terraform or other IaC tools.
- Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- AI-driven automation experience.
