Job Description:-

To ensure smooth handling of inventory, order preparation, material dispatch, client coordination and maintenance of the MG Demo Centre, while keeping all stock and dispatch records accurate and updated.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all gift items, packaging material and other stock.
- Record all incoming and outgoing material.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and match them with inventory records.
- Maintain minimum stock levels for regularly required products and packaging material.
- Inform the concerned team in advance about low-stock items.
- Ensure products are properly labelled, stored and organised.

2. Material Dispatch
- Prepare customer orders according to approved order details.
- Verify product, quantity, personalisation and packaging before dispatch.
- Ensure proper packing so that products reach customers safely.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices/challans and courier details as required.
- Coordinate with courier and transport partners for timely pickup.




- Maintain a daily record of all dispatched orders.
- Track shipments until successful delivery.

3. Client Coordination for Dispatch
- Coordinate with clients regarding delivery address, dispatch schedule and other required details.
- Share dispatch and tracking details with customers.
- Follow up on delayed, undelivered or returned shipments.
- Coordinate internally with the sales, production, personalisation and accounts teams to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time.
- Resolve dispatch-related customer queries promptly.

4. Demo Centre Management
- Maintain the MG Demo Centre in a clean, organised and presentation-ready condition.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed with correct samples.
- Maintain an inventory of products kept in the Demo Centre.
- Replace damaged, outdated or missing display samples.
- Arrange current products and collections in the Demo Centre.
- Ensure products taken from the Demo
