Description:
In this role, candidate is required to have an extensive experience with deployment tools for Monthly patching, Standard deployments, reporting, software packaging for Windows Operating Systems, desktop management issues.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of expertise in Desktop Management and software distribution.
- Must have technical expertise in administrating various Software deployment tools like SCCM, Intune etc., Windows desktop management issues.
- Must have experience with Software packaging tools.
- Managing mass software distribution and troubleshooting failed deployments.
- Managing end to end patching for end user devices at the global level.
- Application and third-party patching.
- Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements.
- Participate in triage calls for major incidents.
- Research and analyze new technologies. Establish and monitor short- and long-range plans for Infrastructure Solutions.
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
for the problems and ensure to avoid its reoccurrence.
- Support, Manage, optimize and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop, to include, but not limited to, patch updates.
- Frequent reporting of the deployments for stakeholders.
- Manage Desktop (software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
- Experience in Automations through PowerShell or python.
- Strong ITIL process knowledge.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Sci
