Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate with dealers and channel partners.
- Manage orders, quotations, dispatches, and delivery coordination.
- Follow up on sales, payments, outstanding, and pending orders.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS and reports.
- Maintain dealer-wise and channel partner-wise sales data.
- Track sales targets, achievements, stock, and performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
- Handle dealer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel/ERP/CRM.

Required Skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, and reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in dealer/channel partner handling preferred.
