We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UK Bookkeeper / UK Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in UK bookkeeping, VAT returns, bank reconciliations, and accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities :-

Weekly & monthly bookkeeping for UK clients
Preparation and filing of VAT Returns
Bank reconciliations and ledger reviews
Management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Client communication via email and phone
Maintain accounting documentation and SOPs

Required Qualifications :-

B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, or equivalent qualification
2–3 years of UK Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
Strong understanding of UK accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, KashFlow, Capium, Taxfiler, or IRIS Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills :-

Ability to manage multiple client accounts




Knowledge of VAT compliance and reporting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
