Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end General Insurance/P&C; claims, including FNOL, assessment, settlement, and closure.
- Review policy coverage, claim documents, liability, and damages to determine claim validity and settlement amounts.
- Coordinate with customers, insurers, brokers, third parties, legal teams, and other stakeholders for timely claim resolution.
- Identify potential fraud, and support subrogation, recoveries, payments, and escalations as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with policy guidelines, regulatory requirements, SLA/TAT, quality, and accuracy standards while maintaining accurate claim records.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Arts and Commerce background.
- Good knowledge of insurance concepts.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret policy and claim-related documents.
- Ability to manage multiple claims while meeting defined SLA, TAT, quality, and accuracy standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims processing platforms; willingness to work in rotational/night shifts as required.
