Role & responsibilities :
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Preparation and analysis of costing reports
- Product-wise / process-wise cost analysis
- Monitoring of actual vs. budgeted costs and highlighting variances
- Preparation of variance analysis and providing reasons for deviations
- Monitoring of material, labour, production, and overhead costs
- Analysis of production and operational data from SAP
- Maintaining and updating costing-related data and reports in SAP
- Supporting monthly closing and management reporting
- Preparation of profitability and contribution analysis
- Coordination with the Plant, Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Finance teams for data collection and validation




- Identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement
- Ensuring accuracy and timely submission of MIS and costing reports to management
- Supporting management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required
- Visiting the plant to understand production processes, costing, and operational requirements frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile
- CA-Inter and 2 to 5 years experience
- Or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing and 5 plus years of experience
- or M.com and 5 years post qualification Experience
