Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships for logistics and industrial equipment within the assigned territory. This role involves achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and providing technical sales support to customers across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, automotive, FMCG, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensure Market share growth
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within the assigned territory and develop a sales pipeline.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Promote industrial equipment such as material handling equipment, forklifts, warehouse automation solutions, loading/unloading systems, conveyors, pallet trucks, stackers, and logistics equipment.




- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with service, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop sales plans and territory expansion strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables, Improve collection efficiency
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners where applicable.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Business Administration.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- 5-10 years of sales experience in industrial equipmen
