What You’ll Do

1. Program Partnerships & Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and student-led communities.
- Create win-win academic partnerships that bring real-world exposure to students.
- Organize and manage offline/online events: bootcamps, webinars, hackathons, and competitions.

2. Community Building & Recruitment
- Lead the entire recruitment process of Campus Leaders across India.




- Onboard high-potential students who can represent SkipperX on their campuses, drive brand awareness, and act as a bridge between the company and the student community.
- Nurture leadership talent and create a culture of excellence among student reps.

3. Mentorship & Leadership Enablement
- Train, manage, and coach a team of Campus Leaders.
- Set explicit KPIs and guide them on outreach, conversions, and event activations.
- Lead with empathy, performance-first mindset, and long-term thinking.

4. Brand & Marketing Execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team and campus reps to create buzz-worthy campaigns.
- Use storytelling, reels, memes, and campus experiences to drive awareness.
- Experiment with digital + grassroots strategies that get real results.

5. Sales Enablement (with Substance)
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to generate qualified leads from campuses.
