Role & responsibilities
- B.E Mechanical with 2 years of hands on experience in SCM (Buyer/Planner role) with SAP MM and Advanced Excel.
- Hands on in SAP MM module and Excel analytical report preparation.
- Positive experience with EDI queue resolution and stakeholder communications.
- Extensive experience in the SAP MM module for procurement and inventory management, with a deep understanding of system functionalities and processes.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, order planning, and material management to optimize supply chain activities.
- Strong grasp of documentation processes such as GRN, invoicing, BOM, BOL, and effective supplier communication for issue resolution.
- Skilled in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) for efficient data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Experienced in creating daily and weekly reports using SAP and Excel, with a proven ability to present insights clearly. Knowledgeable in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Independent project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently with excellent communication
