Required Qualifications & Experience
- 68 years of proven experience in QA & Testing, with a strong background in either consulting services or industry-based delivery environments.
- Any Graduation (bachelor’s degree) or higher from a recognized institution is required.
- Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance and Manual Testing.
- Strong expertise in Functional, Exploratory, Regression, and Risk-Based Testing.
- Experience in API, Integration, and Data Validation Testing.
- Ability to create test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Solid defect management and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and release testing approaches.
- Experience with Tosca or similar test automation tools.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
