Position: Back Office Head Future Sales Leadership

Role Purpose:
To lead the Back Office function for 3–5 years and subsequently transition into a Sales leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Head and manage the Back Office team and ensure smooth customer/order coordination.
- Develop strong understanding of customers, products, markets, and business processes.
- Support sales teams with timely information, quotations, MIS, and customer coordination.
- Identify business opportunities and demonstrate strong commercial and selling acumen.
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop team capabilities and improve back-office processes and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8–15 years of relevant experience.
- Solid communication, commercial understanding, and customer orientation.
- Good selling acumen and potential to develop as a Sales Leader.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Paper industry experience is not mandatory.
- Candidates from manufacturing, industrial products, B2B, or related sectors may be considered.
- Should have the potential and willingness to transition into Sales after 3–5 years.
