Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to handle procurement activities for HVAC, Cleanroom and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle procurement planning and material requirements.
- Develop and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Send RFQs and obtain competitive quotations.
- Prepare quotation comparisons and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Coordinate transportation, dispatch and material delivery.
- Coordinate material quality, inspection and rejection replacement.
- Maintain purchase records, trackers and MIS.
- Coordinate with Projects, Design, Stores, Accounts and other departments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop alternate vendors.





Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: 4–6 years in Purchase / Procurement.
- Experience in HVAC, Cleanroom, Engineering or Project Procurement will be preferred.
- Good vendor negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of RFQ, quotation comparison, Purchase Orders and vendor follow-up.
- Positive understanding of procurement documentation and commercial terms.

Salary :

Salary will be decided based on experience, skills and interview performance.
