About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to manage and coordinate placement activities. The candidate will be responsible for building employer relationships, coordinating, preparing students for placements, and ensuring smooth execution of the overall placement process.





Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring companies and schedule placement drives and interviews

• Communicate with students regarding placement opportunities and updates

• Assist in organizing recruitment events and career sessions

• Maintain placement records, candidate databases, and reports

• Follow up with students and employers on interview feedback and placement status

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must)

• Strong coordination and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
