Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Shoot & Editing Intern to support the creation of engaging video content across social and internal platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, comfortable both behind the camera and at the editing desk, and plugged into current content trends.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Plan and execute in-house video shoots, including behind-the-scenes (BTS), employee spotlights, product demos, and event coverage.
- Set up basic lighting, framing, and audio for shoots to ensure qualified-quality raw footage.
- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos) in line with brand tone, visual style, and messaging guidelines.
- Develop storytelling-driven edits with strong opening hooks, pacing, and retention techniques suited to social media consumption habits.
- Add captions, transitions, sound design,



and on-screen text to enhance viewer engagement.
- Research emerging content formats, audio trends, and editing styles, and adapt them for brand-relevant use.
- Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and final exports systematically.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align video content with broader campaign calendars.
- Take feedback on edits and iterate quickly to meet publishing timelines.

Required Skills / Tools

Adobe Premiere Pro | Canva | Instagram Edits (or similar mobile editing apps) | VN Editor | Basic understanding of shot composition, lighting, and audio capture | Strong sense of pacing, trends, and short-form storytelling
