We are looking for a
well-groomed, polished and service-oriented Executive Butler
to support the Chairman’s & MD's Office.

The ideal candidate will have a
strong hospitality background
, preferably from a
5-star/luxury hotel, premium club, executive lounge or high-end hospitality environment
, with experience in
guest relations, stewarding, VIP service and office coordination
.

This is a hybrid role combining
Executive Butler, Guest Relations, Hospitality and Office Administration
. The candidate should be proactive, discreet and capable of anticipating the requirements of senior leadership and important guests.

Key Responsibilities1. Executive & Butler Services
- Provide personalised and skilled service to the Chairman and senior leadership.
- Anticipate day-to-day requirements and ensure a seamless executive experience.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, presentation and professionalism.
- Assist with refreshments,



beverages, meals and table service whenever required.
- Ensure the Chairman’s Office and associated areas are always prepared and well-presented.

2. VIP Guest Relations
- Welcome and receive VIP guests, business associates, doctors, dignitaries and other visitors.
- Provide warm, discreet and personalised hospitality to guests.
- Coordinate seating, refreshments, meeting arrangements and other guest requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and premium guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding guests, meetings and business discussions.

3. Stewarding & Hospitality
- Manage tea, coffee, beverages, refreshments and food service during meetings.
- Ensure appropriate table setup and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, catering and hospitality teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and readiness of hospitality areas.
