Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic
Sales Executive
to join an automotive dealership in Bangalore. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining motorcycle models, coordinating test rides, and achieving showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motorcycle models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options.
- Coordinate and supervise customer test rides while following safety procedures.
- Generate and manage prospective customer leads.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails.
- Maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales process.




- Work toward and achieve monthly showroom sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements
- Graduate candidates with
0–1 year of experience
in sales, preferably automotive.
- Freshers with strong communication and customer-handling skills are welcome.
- Passion for motorcycles and basic understanding of two-wheelers.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle financing and sales processes will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a showroom environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
