Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Operations & Immigration Specialist with 24 years of experience to manage employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, immigration coordination, documentation, compliance, and employee support. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in HR operations and preferably immigration/global mobility processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, employee changes, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Handle employee HR operations queries and provide timely resolution.
- Coordinate with payroll and other HR teams for employee data validation.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, trackers, and operational dashboards.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, immigration, and related documentation.
- Support domestic and international employee mobility processes.
- Collect, validate,



and maintain immigration documents.
- Coordinate with employees, immigration vendors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Track visa/work permit applications, renewals, expiry dates, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain immigration trackers and provide regular case-status updates.
- Ensure timely completion of HR and immigration processes.
- Support audits, data reconciliation, compliance activities, and process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and immigration-related information.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / Immigration / Global Mobility.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience with HR documentation and HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Exposure to visa, work permit, immigration, or global mobility processes is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,
