About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to take ownership of day-to-day business operations, process improvement, team performance, and execution across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing operations within an IT/technology company.



Candidates who additionally have exposure to real estate, construction, property operations, or other multi-business environments will be considered favourably.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can translate management objectives into structured processes, measurable KPIs, and consistent execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of business units.
- Translate management objectives into actionable operational plans.
- Establish processes, SOPs, workflows, and accountability mechanisms.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

IT / Technology Operations
- Manage and streamline operations within an IT/technology-driven business workplace.
