the construction and infrastructure industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
Ensure product-wise, brand-wise, and area-wise sales growth as per business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and market coverage.




Execute trade schemes and promotional activities to improve market off-take.
Monitor market trends and implement corrective actions to address sales gaps.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
Coordinate with accounts teams for payment reconciliation, credit notes, and claim settlements.
Track distributor and dealer inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and overstocking.
Ensure availability and visibility of all focus products across the assigned territory.
Identify and appoint new distributors or dealers to expand market reach.
Conduct competitor analysis and share market intelligence with management regularly.
Execute branding, merchandising, and POS material placement activities in the market.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports accurately and within timelines.
