Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, understanding their property requirements, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.

* Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.

* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to customers.

* Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





* Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in CRM/sales reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth completion of the sales process.

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and new property developments.

Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Good knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage.

* Comfortable with client meetings, calling, and site visits.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Candidates with prior experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, or other sales profiles will be preferred.
