Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and highly driven Business Development Intern to join our core go-to-market team. This is a full time, hybrid position based out of Navi Mumbai where you will identify high-potential B2B clients, pitch proprietary tech solutions and marketing services,



and drive revenue through direct deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and build qualified pipeline databases of B2B decision-makers, real estate developers, e-commerce founders, and local businesses across Navi Mumbai and tier-1 hubs.
- Product & Service Pitching: Present Tavco Growth’s proprietary tech stack—including Tavco Pulse (social growth & engagement), Tavco Connect (WhatsApp automation), CRM systems, and performance marketing services.
- Pipeline Management & Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, email, and direct WhatsApp touchpoints to book qualified discovery calls.
- Deal Closing & Client Discovery: Lead client discovery sessions, identify marketing and automation pain points, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to closure.
- Account Transition: Work closely
