- Manage and lead the HR team, assigning responsibilities and ensuring timely completion of HR activities.
- Supervise and mentor HR team members and provide guidance on recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop manpower plans and coordinate hiring requirements with department heads.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation and exit processes.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Manage attendance, leave records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop, implement and regularly update HR policies and processes.
- Manage employee engagement, retention and employee welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS/database.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.




- Identify training and development requirements and coordinate training programs.
- Work closely with senior management and department heads on HR strategy and workforce planning.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in IT/Technology or a corporate workplace.
- Previous experience in managing or leading an HR team is required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, people-management and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
