Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, data analysis, and customer insights to identify product opportunities
- Translate product requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, Support) to prioritize and deliver product features
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release execution
- Track product performance and key metrics; identify improvements based on data and feedback
- Support user testing, product demos, launch planning, and post-launch monitoring
- Ensure product solutions comply with regulatory standards in financial services
- Maintain transparent product documentation and communication with internal teams

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science,



Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, analytics platforms)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities
- Familiarity with agile product development and user-centric design principles
- Passion for fintech, digital payments, lending, neobanking, or financial innovation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong learning mindset

Nice to Have
- Experience working with APIs or technical teams
- Understanding of financial regulations, risk, and security concepts
- Exposure to product tools (Asana, Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, etc.
