Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle employees and organizational requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee review processes.
- Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, and labor law documentation.
- Organize employee engagement programs, celebrations,



and cultural activities.
- Address employee concerns and provide HR support.
- Draft HR policies, letters, announcements, and internal communications.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and HR processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Maintain and update HRMS tools such as Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, or related platforms.
- Prepare HR reports and support management with HR analytics.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
