Job Description

We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive – Itinerary & Tour Package Expert who has strong knowledge of travel destinations and experience in selling customized domestic and international holiday packages. The ideal candidate should be confident in client handling, itinerary planning, negotiation, and converting travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international travel enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, websites, and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements including destination, budget, duration, preferences, and travel dates.
- Design and customize day-wise travel itineraries and holiday packages according to client requirements.
- Have good knowledge of popular destinations, including hotels, sightseeing, activities, transfers, transportation, and local experiences.
- Prepare and share detailed quotations, itineraries,



and package inclusions/exclusions with clients.
- Communicate with clients professionally and provide destination and package recommendations.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a proper pipeline to maximize lead-to-booking conversion.
- Negotiate with clients while maintaining company pricing, margins, and package profitability.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed packages.
- Handle customer queries, modifications, cancellations, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings in CRM/Excel.
