IILM University is looking for a dynamic Placement Manager/Sr Manager to lead corporate outreach, employer engagement, internships, and campus placements across our Schools of Management, Computer Science, AI & Engineering, Law, Media & Communication, Engineering, Psychology, and Design.

What You'll Do
- Build and strengthen corporate partnerships for internships and placements.
Drive campus recruitment, career fairs, and employer engagement initiatives.
Expand the recruiter network across multiple industry sectors.
Collaborate with academic schools to enhance student employability.
Conduct career readiness initiatives, including resume reviews and interview preparation.
Achieve placement targets while maintaining strong recruiter relationships.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree.

3-8 years of experience in Placements, Corporate Relations or Career Services (higher education preferred).

Experience working with multidisciplinary programs or a willingness to engage across diverse academic domains.

Strong corporate network, excellent communication, and relationship management skills.

A proactive, target-driven qualified with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
