Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineer L1 to monitor, troubleshoot, and support network and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring alerts, responding to incidents, escalating issues, and ensuring maximum uptime of network systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network, server, and application performance using monitoring tools.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 incidents and service disruptions.
- Acknowledge and respond to alerts, alarms, and support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of network, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams and track resolution progress.
- Maintain incident logs, troubleshooting records, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during outages and maintenance activities.
- Monitor backup jobs, system health checks, and scheduled tasks.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in shift-based operations, including weekends and holidays, as required.
