About the Job: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth for TechUp Labs. You will work closely with the leadership, marketing, product, and technical teams to understand our offerings and communicate their value effectively to prospective clients. This role is highly execution-focused and is best suited for someone who enjoys prospecting, talking to customers,



understanding their challenges, pitching solutions, following up consistently, and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries and market segments.
- Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emailing, databases, directories, referrals, communities, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and technology needs.
- Schedule and conduct introductory calls, product discussions, and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects consistently and move opportunities through different stages of the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to understand feasibility, requirements, and proposed solutions.
