Drive the growth of the architectural acoustic business by building a strong focus and category creation for acoustic solutions in the market.

Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and territories, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and residential sectors.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to effectively convert these opportunities into revenue-generating accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, turnkey interior contractors, and other influencers in the sector.

Proactively engage with these stakeholders, initiating business discussions, and providing customized solutions through solution-oriented presentations.





Identify and generate warm leads through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach. Follow up with leads and convert them into tangible business opportunities, ensuring the growth of new accounts in the region.

Achieve and exceed business development targets related to recent account development, revenue growth, and market share expansion. Drive revenue growth by identifying high-potential projects and ensuring consistent follow-through from lead generation to contract signing.

Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to promote the companys products.

Work closely with channel partners to identify new business opportunities, provide product training, and support sales efforts in regional markets.
