Summary:
Seeking an experienced WorkFlow Automation Technical Lead with background in Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Development as well as strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Dynamics 365, PCF Controls, and custom development .
The candidate should have end to end experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and Dynamics 365.
The candidate should be self-driven with solid communication skills and business focus. They should be able to front-end requirement discussions, Set Expectations and translate to a scalable solution.
Experience in reviewing Architecture designs and code, managing technical risks, supporting estimations, aligning with product owners/business stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery
Ability to conduct discovery workshops, perform fit-gap analysis,
define non-functional requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical designs. Manage performance, security, maintainability, monitoring, auditability, error handling, and production support readiness.

Familiarity with CodeApps, Plugins, PCF with Azure Services, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and recommend technical solutions using canvas (power) apps.
