- Investigate security alerts and correlate events from multiple security tools.
- Assess the severity, impact, and risk of security incidents.
- Recommend containment, remediation, and recovery actions.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for security incidents.
- Coordinate with Incident Response and DFIR teams during major incidents.
- Review and tune security monitoring rules to reduce false positives.
- Support threat hunting and continuous improvement of SOC operations.
