Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven and experienced Marketing Head to lead the overall marketing function across Product & Services, Brand, PR, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Digital and IT-enabled marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong FMCG / Consumer Goods background, with proven experience in building brands, driving product launches, developing go-to-market strategies and managing corporate communication. Experience with a listed company, along with exposure to PR and Investor Relations (IR), is highly preferred/mandatory.

Role & responsibilities

1. Product & Brand Marketing
- Develop and execute the overall product and brand marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
- Drive product positioning, value proposition, pricing strategy and go-to-market plans.
- Lead recent product launches, relaunches and portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Strengthen brand equity, market positioning and consumer engagement.
- Identify emerging consumer trends, market opportunities and competitor movements.

Services Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company's products and services.
- Build differentiated service propositions and customer-focused communication.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with business teams to identify and develop new market opportunities.

3. PR & Corporate Communications
- Lead Public Relations, media relations, corporate communications and reputation management.
- Develop communication strategies for corporate, product and business initiatives.
- Manage relationships with media houses, PR agencies and other external communication partners.
- Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all communication channels.

4. Investor Relations (IR)
- Support and drive effective Investor Relations and corporate stakeholder communication in coordination with senior management and the finance/corporat
