Position: Steward
Department: Food & Beverage / Clubs & Hospitality
Location: Club 76, BPTP – Sector 76, Faridabad
Reporting To: Restaurant Supervisor / Club Manager

Job Summary

The Steward is responsible for providing courteous and efficient food & beverage service to club members and guests while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and a pleasant dining experience. The role also supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, banquet, and other food service areas within the club.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a courteous and skilled manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and maintained as per hygiene standards.
- Clear used crockery, cutlery, and glassware after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and pantry.
- Assist in setting up banquet and club events as required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Address member queries politely and escalate concerns to the supervisor when required.




- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
- Support stock handling and ensure proper care of service equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Club Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- Diploma in Hotel Management will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, clubs, cafs, or hospitality establishments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and on holidays.
