We are looking for an experienced Technical Proposal Writer with 8 - 15 years of experience, including strong hands-on experience in preparing US Federal Government RFP, RFQ and RFI responses for software/IT projects.

You will be responsible for analyzing Federal solicitations, understanding technical requirements and evaluation criteria, developing compliant technical and management approaches, and personally writing technical, management, staffing and related proposal sections. The role requires strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software architecture, .NET, Java, Mobile, Business Intelligence and Database technologies.
