JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY
Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, and data science solutions leveraging the organization's ModelOps platforms, including Databricks and Posit. Ensure solutions are designed, developed, and deployed in alignment with enterprise architecture standards, platform best practices, security requirements, and operational objectives. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging business requirements and technical implementation by developing scalable architectural patterns, solution blueprints, and deployment strategies that enable reliable, secure, and effective model delivery. Partner closely with data scientists, data engineers, actuarial teams, business stakeholders, platform engineering, and AI enablement teams to guide solution design decisions and promote best practices across the entire ML lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and governance. Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership to ensure AI/ML solutions are scalable, maintainable,



cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Solution Architecture and Design: Provide architectural leadership and consultation for AI/ML, advanced analytics, and data science solutions leveraging the enterprise ModelOps platforms, including Databricks and Posit. Define and promote architecture standards, reference patterns, and best practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures that align with enterprise architecture standards and cloud-native principles. Establish integration patterns across data, application, and governance ecosystems while ensuring solutions are designed for performance, reliability, and operational supportability.
