About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Inbound Marketing Manager to build and scale a content-driven B2B lead generation engine.
This is not a cold outreach or appointment-setting role. Your focus is turning LinkedIn content and organic engagement into qualified conversations, booked calls, and sales pipeline.
You’ll work directly with the founder, who owns closing, while you own the inbound engine: content strategy, audience engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion.
What You’ll OwnLinkedIn Content & Demand Generation
- Create high-performing LinkedIn posts, hooks, carousels, and thought leadership content
- Develop content that attracts high-intent B2B prospects
- Write conversion-focused content designed to generate conversations and pipeline
- Test content angles, messaging, and formats based on performance
- Build messaging around buyer pain points, intent, and the customer journey
Content Conversation Pipeline
- Turn comments, profile views, engagement, and inbound messages into sales conversations
- Initiate natural, value-driven DMs with engaged prospects
- Qualify inbound opportunities and move them into the sales funnel
- Generate consistent qualified leads and booked calls from organic content
Audience Engagement & Lead Nurturing
- Engage with prospects through comments, DMs, and relationship-building
- Nurture leads through strategic follow-ups and educational content
- Build trust with potential buyers over time
- Strengthen founder positioning and personal brand authority
Inbound Funnels & Conversion
- Build simple funnels from content engagement conversation booked call
- Create lead magnets, nurture flows, and conversion-focused assets
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and improve conversion rates
- Track which content and conversations contribute to pipeline
