Job Summary
We are hiring Trainee System Engineers, an exciting prospect for 2024 & 2025 graduates (B.Tech/MCA - First Class).
Eligibility & Skills
- Knowledge of OS (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Basic hardware understanding (computers, printers, networks)
- Familiarity with software, collaboration tools, security programs
- Networking concepts - LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN
- Good troubleshooting & diagnostics skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support (phone, email, remote, in-person)
- Install & configure hardware, software, and networking devices
- Troubleshoot internet, printer, scanner, phone issues
- Manage IT inventory & escalate issues when required.
