Position: Road Tester / Final Inspection

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct road tests of vehicles after service and repairs.
- Perform final inspection before vehicle delivery to customers.
- Check vehicle performance, handling, braking, steering, AC, electrical systems, and abnormal noises.
- Verify that all reported complaints have been properly rectified.
- Identify and report any issues found during road testing.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for necessary corrections.
- Ensure vehicles meet dealership quality standards before delivery.
- Maintain proper inspection and road-test records.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines.

Candidate Requirements




- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile dealerships/workshops preferred.
- Valid driving licence with good driving skills.
- Good knowledge of passenger cars and basic automotive systems.
- Ability to identify vehicle performance issues during road testing.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Profile

Experience in Passenger Car Dealership / Authorized Service Centre preferred.
