Grow Commerce helps Indian brands, manufacturers, and sellers expand their businesses internationally through global e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy.

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive who can effectively communicate with prospective sellers, follow up with leads, understand their requirements, and explain Grow Commerce's services.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with a high volume of leads provided by the company.
- Make outbound calls to prospective sellers, manufacturers, and business owners.
- Follow up consistently with interested and prospective sellers.
- Communicate with existing clients whenever required.
- Understand seller requirements and identify their business needs.
- Explain Grow Commerce's services, processes, and offerings clearly.
- Maintain regular and timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
- Update and maintain proper records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Follow the assigned calling process and sales workflow.




- Learn Grow Commerce's services, processes, and offerings quickly.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams when required.
- Work dedicatedly on Grow Commerce's assigned requirements and targets.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with all leads and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable communicating with business owners and prospective clients over calls.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and leads.
- Good listening and requirement-understanding skills.
- Strong follow-up and communication abilities.
- Ability to learn company processes and services quickly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets or CRM tools is preferred.
- Dedicated, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to maintain proper records and follow established processe
