We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Coupa Procurement Suite, as well as expertise in integrating Coupa with SAP ERP systems.

This role involves optimizing procurement processes, managing system configurations, and supporting change management and user training efforts across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize Coupa modules, including:
- Procurement
- Invoicing
- Spend Analysis
- Contract Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Coupa and SAP (e g , SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA)
- Analyze current procurement workflows and recommend automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance
- Provide functional and technical support for Coupa-related issues, enhancements, and upgrades
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Conduct user training sessions, create system documentation, and support change management initiatives




- Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and data security standards in procurement operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with Coupa Procurement Suite implementation and support
- Strong understanding of SAP SRM, Ariba, and integration frameworks (e g , middleware, APIs)
- Proven experience in system migration projects involving Coupa and SAP
- Familiarity with procurement compliance, audit requirements, and data security protocols
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global workplace

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in SAP or Coupa (e g , Coupa Certified Professional)
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG domains
- Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country implementations
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
